Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the mechanism called "online medical examination" has been highlighted in various media. Sure, there's more "online practice" than before, but on the other hand, transformations that create new customer experiences and change treatment behavior aren't angry yet. Through the creation of this new customer experience, we will work to greatly update medical care in Japan and around the world.
We are developing three businesses, mainly the medical system business, the office system business, and the HealthTech business.

We are developing systems that support medical care at medical institutions of various sizes, from university hospitals to clinics. Medical institutions use a large number of systems, including electronic medical records, and each system manages various types of information. In clinical practice, it is required to manage and utilize such information smoothly and efficiently. FINDEX provides a one-stop system tailored to the operation of each clinical department or department, and provides a wide range of medical care support. As of 2019, the share of national university hospitals is 78.6%, and the number of users who have introduced it exceeds 1,600, which is highly evaluated by many medical institutions.
■ Office system business
Among the systems created in the medical field, we are deploying document systems, data linkage, and RPA tools that are needed in fields other than medical care to local governments and general companies. Since these products have the product strength to meet the advanced needs of medical institutions, they support operational efficiency in various scenes even in industries other than medical care.
■ Health Tech Business
Recently, data collection and utilization are being promoted in various fields, and FINDEX is also working on collection of various medical and healthcare data and analysis by AI in cooperation with its consolidated subsidiary EMC Healthcare Co., Ltd. Above all, we are currently focusing on research and development related to visual field inspection, and we are working not only on the development of visual field inspection equipment, but also on the collection and utilization of data on visual field abnormalities that could not be collected until now.
